The following is a list of our 2015 Cheese Festival Vendors. If you are returning vendor, we are happy to update your information. If you are a new vendor, or considering joining us, please take a look at what we can do to help publicize your products.


TIP for festival-goers: Bring a cooler or cooler bag so your cheese purchases don’t suffer from the summer heat! (Alternatively, reusable insulated bags will be available for purchase at the festival.)

Irish beer cheeseBy popular demand, the star cheese of The Great American Irish Festival comes to the Little Falls Cheese Festival! This special recipe is made from a variety of hard and soft cheeses blended with herbs, spices, and beer (you’ll notice horseradish, garlic, and a little kick of hot pepper). Needs refrigeration and still remains spreadable or dunkable—perfect for crackers, vegetables, and even spread on a burger or sandwich. The booth will also have stickers and magnets for your fridge or car…

Cat’s Creations, Ilion, NY, makes delectable baked goods using 100% New York State organic flours and organic ingredients: 12-15 varieties of bread (including sourdoughs and farmhouse-style), flatbreads, crackers, as well as cookies, pies and handpies, pastries, and cakes. Also, a wide variety of gluten-free items (breads, graham crackers, brownies, and more).


Cochran Farm 1790 Cheeses, St. Johnsville, NY

CochranThe cheesemaker, Patrick, is a French expat from the Poitou region who came to America a couple decades ago. In partnership with neighboring Amish farmers (including working closely with the development of the herd), he produces two Loire-Valley style goat’s milk cheeses, the St. Johnsville and a fresh cheese called Mohawk Mist.


Cooperstown

Cooperstown Cheese Company, Cooperstown, NY, crafts a variety of artisanal raw-milk cheeses. Award-winning Toma Celena (a nutty and rich Italian table cheese, hinting of toasted grains, apples and caramelized milk), as well as Toma Pepato (with white, black, and pink whole peppercorns), Toma Primo (creamy paste with a washed rind; flavor is milky with citrus overtones), and sweet-nutty Toma Torino. Also a classic aged English cheddar called Jersey Gold, and Jersey Girl (flavorful, creamy curd cheese).
